You will be appointed a Case Manager who will see your case through from start to finish and will be on hand to answer any questions which may arise. Your Case Manager will arrange all aspects of the case including arranging the attendance of the client at all necessary appointments. In addition, we can source all medical records, medical reports, arrange diagnostic procedures such as MRI and X-Ray scans if necessary and ensure the injured party attends appointments on time.

Once reports are received, these are reviewed to ensure all the client’s and medical expert’s details are correct and ensure that the report is CPR compliant. The Case Manager will be assisted in this by the use of cutting edge technology. All our systems are designed to ensure the fastest possible turnaround of reports along with regular up-dates on progress.

Under the new MedCo process, a Solicitor must use the MedCo Portal to obtain a medico-legal report relating to a soft tissue claim. The outlook of instructing an unknown agency can be a daunting prospect as you are unaware of the quality and service you are likely to receive. We have done our upmost to make this transition seamless for solicitors by working very closely with them, inviting feedback so that we can tailor and streamline our services to their requirements.
